Neuton Tires USA Limited Warranty – Terms and Conditions


The Neuton tires limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of any new tire produced by Neuton tires, with Department of Transportation identification numbers on the tire, and sold through an authorized Neuton Tire Dealer.  The tire eligible for warranty must be on the vehicle in which they were originally installed as per the vehicle manufacture’s or Neuton’s recommendation.  For this warranty to be applicable the following conditions must be met:
  1. The tire was purchased within 12 months of the reported date to Neuton Tires USA
  2. The tire is a size, load rating and speed rating equal to or greater than that recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
  3. The tires are still serviceable and their condition does not apply to anything listed under the “what is not covered” section.
  1. Tires damaged by road hazard, fire, accidents, corrosion, vandalism or damage caused by nature.
  2. Tires damaged due to improper inflation pressure or usage of unsuitable or faulty rim, valve, tube and flap or having been run while flat or at too low of a tire pressure.
  3. Tires with premature or irregular wear due to improper inflation pressure, non-rotation of the tire position, usage of unsuitable or faulty rim and defective mechanical conditions of the vehicle including misalignment, faulty shock absorbers or brakes, wheel imbalance and worn or faulty parts.
  4. Tires mounting / dismounting by improper procedure(s) / technique or tire / wheel assembly balance.
  5. Tires in an out-of-round condition after the first 20% of the original groove depth.
  6. Tires improper application of tire size and / or specification or on vehicles in racing or special applications.
  7. Tires worn out: 1.6mm or less of remaining groove depth.
  8. Tires, which have been retreaded or repaired in any way.
  9. Tires suffered by flat spot while immobile.
  10. Tire noise due to irregular wear.
  11. Tires damaged due to improper handling in customer’s warehouse during customer distribution.
  12. Tires sold outside the Continental United States.
  13. Ozone or weather cracking on tires over four (4) years old from the date of manufacture.
  14. Tires 5 years or older from the date of manufacture.

Please note that all obligations or liabilities for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle or other incidental(s) or consequent damages are excluded from coverage or warranty.


In order to be eligible for warranty from Neuton Tire USA the following obligations observed.
  1. The customer must present the claim tire, together with the vehicle on which it was used to an authorized tire retailer.  Customer must have original proof of purchase.
  2. The costs of mounting, balancing, and any other service charges or applicable taxes are payable by the customer.
  3. Owner must keep record and documentation that all tires were rotated at least every 7500 miles.
  4. Tire owner must not neglect or abuse tires by failing to observe safety warnings, follow any tire documentation found with in this warranty, maintain proper inflation pressures, keep vehicle aligned and all tires rotated as per above mileage minimums.
  1. In assessing the damage on an approved claim, the final judgment shall be made by our representative staff or persons authorized by Neuton Tire USA.
  2. The compensation amount will be calculated on a pro-rated basis of tire use, 1.6mm or less groove depth is not considered in tread wear proportion.
  3. Tires replaced on a warranty basis become the property of Neuton Tires USA.
